In winter, Japanese people try to take root vegetables into their foods. Because we think root foods keep your body warm.
We put many root vegetables into miso soup in winter. I have been thinking what I can do in the UK. I started to take them into breakfast salad. Of course I make delicious sesame dressing too!
If you make a routine or own style, then you do not have to try too hard. Beautiful breakfast always makes me so excited!
