[Ingredients] for 1 person
- a half chicken thigh -a bone removed, cut into 5-6 pieces
- a teaspoon of soyasauce
- a teaspoon of mirin
- 1/2 teaspoon of sake/white wine
- a pinch of sugar
[Introduction] prep 5 min + cook 10 min
- Mix all the ingredients in a small tub or a plastic bag the night before.
- the next morning, pan fry marinated chicken for 8 minutes.
- Cut chicken into small pieces so that they will be cooked quickly.
- Use a small tub or a plastic bag to marinate a whole surface of chicken.
