Chicken Teriyaki for bento

Please guess how long I spend to make bento every morning.

Many people tell me that they can see I spend at least an hour in the kitchen every morning. However the reality is…

Less than 20 minutes!

The important key is how much you prepare the night before. In this “ideas for bento” category, I pick up one menu with tips which make your bento life more efficient.

So today I will introduce an easy way of making Chicken Teriyaki for bento. The recipe of teriyaki sauce is completely same as usual and you can have a look here(Teriyaki Chicken) as well. The differece between normal recipe and bento version is the size and time. By following my tips, you can easily copy my bento. So, let’s have a look!

Teriyaki chicken bento 🍱 I always prefer chicken thighs for Japanese food.

Marinating the meat the night before is a good tip! I’ve wanted to pack teriyaki chicken sometimes, so I’ll have to try it~
What’s that yummy-looking side dish with the green onions?
