  • Cooked rice
  • Egg
  • Cheddar or parmigiano cheese
  • Panko (bread crumbs)
  • Pickles



  1. Set rice in the oven proof dish.
  2. Break an egg in the middle of rice.
  3. Put finely chopped pickles on rice (optional).
  4. Cover rice with curry sauce.
  5. Cover the surface with grated cheese.
  6. Cover the surface with panko.
  7. Grill the surface of the dish in the oven (200 degrees) for 25 minutes.
