- A tbspoon of white miso
- A tspoon of red miso
- A half tspoon sesame oil
- 50 ml of water
- A half tspoon of honey
- A tspoon of soya sauce
- A tspoon of sake/white wine
- A half tspoon of ginger, grated
- A half tspoon of garlic, grated
- A tbspoon of ketchup
- A tbspoon of sesame seeds.
[Ingredients]
- Mix all the ingredients and cook in a small sauce pan and bring it to the boil for 5 minutes.
- Serve the sauce with Ton-katsu (Breaded Pork).
